PARIS (Reuters) – Bouygues’ will swap 3,000 Huawei-made mobile antennas in France by 2028 following a selection by the country’s authorities to clear away devices designed by the Chinese business from really populated places, Bouygues’ deputy CEO mentioned on Thursday.

French authorities have explained to telecoms operators setting up to invest in Huawei 5G machines that they will not be in a position to renew licences for the gear the moment they expire, efficiently phasing the Chinese team out of mobile networks by 2028, three resources explained to Reuters past thirty day period.
